Nicholas and several other students started the Polar Bear Club early this year. Instead of waiting until March or May, these guys jumped right into Lake Geneva yesterday! When I asked Nicholas how it was, I was quite surprised when he said "warm." Since the water temperature (7*C) was warmer than the air temperature (-3*C), it makes sense. He said the worst part was getting out. I am going to find some brave partners that want to start this tradition, as well. So far, there is ZERO interest. I will keep you updated if that changes ;)
