Long lost blogger... I know. I am back quickly for a shout out to my Grandma for being selected by her community as a distinguished citizen :) She was honored in the festival in her town this weekend. One of my strong, woman role models! I am SO proud! Love you G-Ma!

Ladies Night in Itaewon

Friday night I went out with a few of my friends to have drinks in popular Itaewon. The rain had just started and was coming down fast and furious, so we ducked into a couple spots but all were packed with people. We finally found this adorable bar and restaurant that had space at the bar for us. We sadddled up to test out the drinks and catch up. We had a blast listening to music from the early 90s, drinking fun cocktails and watching the people in the street trying to fight the downpour pass by the big open windows.

Yesterday, Nicholas and I had to run a bunch of errands in the morning and the rain was coming down hard. We had our umbrellas and waterproof jackets, but it turned out to be indefensible to the power of the rain and wind. We ducked into an underground to try to get out of the rain for a second and stumbled into a few really cool art galleries. Another reason I love it here, you never know what you are going to find!
